Is MatryxCap a lender?
No. We are a loan-distribution platform. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed by RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs, at their sole discretion.
Does Match Check affect my credit score?
No. Match Check uses only the answers you give. It does not pull your credit report and does not ask for your phone number.
Are the rates on the Rate Board what I will get?
They are indicative ranges published by lenders, with the date we last checked them. Your actual rate depends on your profile and the lender's assessment.
Do you charge borrowers a fee?
We do not charge borrowers for matching. Lenders may charge processing fees, which are shown as ranges on the Rate Board.
How is my data used?
Only for the purposes you consent to, such as contacting you about your enquiry and sharing it with lending partners for that enquiry. See our privacy policy.

Do I need to pay to become a partner?
No. Partnering with us is free.
Who can become a partner?
Indian residents aged 18 or above: existing loan agents, CAs, insurance advisors, property brokers, former bankers and agencies.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are calculated on disbursal from the lender's payout grid and paid on the schedule in our written payout policy.
Do I upload KYC on this website?
No. After your application, you register and complete KYC in the secure partner app. This website never asks for PAN, Aadhaar or bank documents.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Agencies can add sub-agents and see their cases in one place.
